Paul Vejjajiva was a fabulous salesman. He was informative, polite, patient. but never overbearing. He answered all of our questions promptly. Karrie, who helped us with financing, was extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient. I now have a car that I love for half the price of the car that I traded that did not "fit" my needs. My new Honda Fit is a perfect "fit". I highly recommend Honda Carland in Roswell, GA.

My first visit to Honda Carland was not very pleasant. I felt as I was mislead with a quote that was given to me over the internet vs. what I was presented when I went in to purchase my first Honda. I spoke to Paul over the phone few times however when I went in to test drive in few days later I ended up dealing with another gentleman because Paul was off that day. I ended up leaving the dealership and was very unsatisfied with what they had offered me. At this point I was determined that I could find a better deal elsewhere such as Hennessy Honda Woodstock because I also live in Cherokee county. At this point, I prefer not to discuss anything that went on at Hennessy Honda simply because I have already left them a negative feedback on this website and I can't go on and on.....it will not end. Bottom line I ended up coming back to Honda Carland, dealt with Paul Vejjajiva personally and ended up buying my first Honda. I honestly cannot tell you if I ended up getting the best possible deal I can find in the market however, from what I have seen and heard during 2 weeks of researching for a new car in between Toyota, Nissan and Honda, I would say Paul was the most kind, willing and was easy to work with and if and when I'm in the market for another Honda, I will gladly drive allllllll the way to Alpharetta Hwy to deal with Paul again. Paul is great guy and I recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I were in the market for a new Accord EX-L V6. I submitted a request for bids to three dealers over the Internet. Paul Vejjajiva of Carland was the first to respond. Since we have had one of our cars serviced at Carland for the 8 years we have been in the Atlanta area, we went there first for a test drive. Paul was not in, so we talked with Craig Harris. Craig spent quite a bit of time with us, went out with us on a long test drive, showed us what they had in stock, and answered all of our questions.

I then shopped a number of Atlanta area dealers by phone, and we visited the dealership that promised the lowest price. Once I got there, the salesperson I had spoken with on the phone raised the price and added in several more items to bring the price up well above what he had promised. We ultimately got this down to the low end of the Consumer Reports buying service recommended price range (I had to threaten to walk 3 times to get there.)

We then went back to Carland to see if they could do any better. We arrived at the dealership just before 9:00 PM(their closing time), and talked with Paul. He was a genuine pleasure to deal with. He matched the other dealer's price and stayed with us until after 10:00 PM to finish the deal.

Paul had the car cleaned up and ready at the promised time the following morning.

I highly recommend Paul, Craig, and Honda Carland. Dealing with them was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had.

I would recommend this dealership specifically because of the salesman and finance person we worked with. They were both the reason we did not go back to another dealership we had been working with. They were both honest and easy to work with. I felt they were there to make things work for us.

I bought a Honda Element yesterday and it was the least stressful (yes, maybe even enjoyable) car-buying experience of my fifty years. As a result of the overwhelmingly positive DealerRater reviews for Honda Carland I confidently contacted Sang Kim through the internet and then the phone. Via our exchanges I arrived at the dealership essentially ready to purchase. Once at the dealership I found everyone to be friendly and helpful. Sang’s no-pressure approach worked well for me. I was driving home in less than two hours. Jason in finance also receives kudos from me for his efficient and low-pressure dealings with me. Thanks Sang for making my purchase a breeze.

I don't like dealing with pushy sales people, so I was very happy in dealing with Honda Carland in their no pressure environment. Our salesman (Paul) was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in working with us in selecting the right Honda Odyssey. The Odyssey build quality is outstanding compared to other minivans and Honda Carland had a huge (whole back lot) selection to choose from. Pricing was a breeze as I used the internet 'no hassle' pricing. I did the needed comparisons to Edmund's and Honda Carland was spot on to my expectations. Thanks!

I sent one review but apparently didn't come through. Paul was extremely straightforward and helpful. He showed us the exact car we wanted, was never pushy or misleading and gave us exactly what we agreed upon. This is our first new car and we were a bit nervous but if we ever by another it will be from Paul at Hondacarland.

Sang Kim, my sales associate was tremendous. He played totally straight with me and gave me a great price up front and when I arrived it was advertised. Would certainly recommend Sang and this dealship any time. It is so nice to get to a deaship and find that the driveout is exactly as discussed.
